We’re on the lookout for superstar strategic projects amp; implementation consultants to drive impact across our global portfolio of customers and prove out our disruptive delivery model.
The Role
At Kaya, we go the extra mile for our customers. We don’t just develop ground-breaking strategies, we go all-in and help implement those strategic recommendations as well. We collaborate effectively with our clients across all levels of their organisations to run experiments, launch new products, craft brand stories, refine commercial models, stress-test GTM motions, and improve key business processes and systems.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Own and deliver high-quality strategic and operational outcomes end-to-end
- Collaborate closely with strategy consultants to execute on strategic recommendations
- Adeptly lead, inspire, and motivate a team of fellow consultants
- Communicate effectively with both internal cross-functional teams and with stakeholders at all levels across a portfolio of client companies
- Identify and communicate opportunities for internal process and quality improvement to delight customers
- Contribute regularly to thought leadership content pieces
- Nurture and promote a safe, inclusive and collaborative working culture
You should have:
- Considerable experience as a business analyst, management consultant, operations specialist or chief of staff within startups, agencies or professional services contexts
- Experience in fast-paced and high-growth professional environments
- Comfort and confidence engaging with and presenting to C-suite stakeholders, both client-side and internally
- A honed ability to solve complex problems and craft data-driven solutions
- A refined consulting toolkit, including robust financial acumen, presentation development, problem solving skills and fully fluent English-language written and oral communication competency
- Fluency with digital tools across productivity, conferencing, project management and CRM (e.g. Asana, Zoom, Hubspot and Google Suite or similar)
Highly advantageous if you have:
- Previous work experience at an early-stage business
- Experience building or scaling digital products or platforms (side hustles count too!)
- Prior exposure to leading teams or running workstreams
