We are seeking a highly creative and talented individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer/Video Editor. This role requires a unique blend of exceptional design skills coupled with a deep understanding of social media platforms and trends. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning content that resonates with our audience across various social media channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative concepts for social media content that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Design engaging graphics, animations, and videos for use across all social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and conceptualize campaign ideas, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and social media best practices.
- Manage the end-to-end process of content creation, from ideation and design to production and publishing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience working as a graphic designer and/or video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design and editing skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and their respective content formats, algorithms, and audience behavior.
- Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience with photography, motion graphics, and/or 3D animation is a plus.
- Open to working on Pacific Standard Time (Graveyard shift in the Philippines).
- Own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above amp; Microsoft Office) with an internet connection of at least 10 Mbps.
