**LOOKING FORFILIPINOSOR PHILIPPINES -BASEDCANDIDATES**

Position: Sales Development Representative

Work Hours (Client): 9 am to 5 pm EST, Monday to Friday

Work Hours (MNL): 9 pm to 5 am MNL Time, Monday to Friday

Pay Range: $800-$1000/month + commission (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Developing meetings for the head of business development
• Developing a lead generation pipeline
• Calling potential leads to arrange meetings
• Cold emailing new prospects to open relationships
• Walking leads through an introductory call (demo of the company's services and proposals)
• Building relationships with referral sources
• Coming up with innovative ideas to continue growing the brand

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience
• Insanely organized. You love keeping things clean and organized.
• A very strong understanding of English, both written and spoken.
• Self-motivated, energetic individual with a natural ability to persuade, negotiate, and sell!
• You are hungry to make money and have strong communication skills that translate well over the phone.
• A problem solver. Able to grasp information quickly and use your judgment to solve issues.
• Interested in learning about Internet marketing
