Job Description
Salary: P40,000 to P50,000 (Monthly Package)
Schedule: Monday Friday (09:00 AM - 01:00 PM UK Time)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B debt recovery
- Excellent telephone etiquette, while also capable of being forthright and assertive when required
- Proven track record in resolving disputes.
- Adept at mathematics and working with percentages.
What will you do?
- Engaging in written and verbal communication with non-paying debtors
- Using negotiation skills to secure a repayment settlement in case immediate payment is not possible
- No strict targets to meet daily, no pressure to make a certain number of calls, and no cash collections involved
- All calls are recorded for monitoring purposes
- Thoroughly reviewing client and debtor files
- Utilizing available resources to investigate whether the debtor is capable of making payment.
- Collaborating and communicating with CS (Admin Assistant)
