About the Role:

We are seeking a versatile individual to fill the position of Bookkeeper amp; Graphic Designer. This role involves a combination of bookkeeping, administrative, and creative graphic design tasks, catering to the unique needs of our religious institution.

Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable:
• Manage and process accounts payable in an accurate and timely manner.
• Billing and Follow-up:
• Handle billing tasks and follow up on membership fees and donations.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Undertake various administrative duties, with a focus on email and calendar management.
• Graphic Design:
• Create visually appealing flyers and emails for communication with temple members.
• Utilize artistic skills to contribute to the design process.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience for both roles
• Above Average to Excellent communication and written skills; minor accent is acceptable
• Tools: QuickBooks Online, Word, Excel, Graphic Design tools, and Office 365
• Experienced bookkeeper
• Ability to provide solutions, understand the job requirements, take proactive initiatives, and exhibit attention to detail.
• Has strong Math aptitude
• Graphic design candidates must present a portfolio showcasing proficiency in various design genres. The boss leans towards an old-school design style, and the designs will primarily serve religious purposes.
