LOOKING FOR FILIPINO CITIZENS BASED IN THE PHILIPPINES

Position: Sales Development Representative 2

Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time Zone

Salary Range: $800 - $1,500

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential leads and assist them in the registration process using the provided script.
• Daily contact with leads on the assigned list, with a goal of making 75-100 calls per day.
• Diligently update HubSpot records with notes related to lead interactions.
• Communicate with other team members through Slack for questions or clarifications regarding the sales process.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Above-average to excellent communication skills; a minor accent is acceptable.
• Proficiency in using HubSpot, Slack, Google Workspace, and Office 365.
• Comfortable making 75-100 calls daily to potential leads.
• Adept at conducting video calls with clients for feedback and practice simulations.
• Highly dedicated to adhering to the provided script during interactions with leads.
• Preferred candidates will have experience in the insurance or financial services industry, including credit cards, insurance, banking, mortgages, or real estate, to ensure familiarity with product vocabulary and workflow.
