Job title: Sales Representative
Salary range: 800-1000 USD/month plus commissions
Schedule: M-F 8AM-5PM EST

Responsibilities:
Portraying a positive company image and engaging in professional and friendly communications with customers via call/email/chat.
Actively listening to customer needs and inquiries to determine appropriate service actions
Provide 5-star service to our clients.

Be proficient with technology.
Possess a high level of understanding, patience and empathy. Able to navigate more difficult conversations/interactions with professionalism.

Uses various software applications such as spreadsheets, field and work management, CRM, and scheduling software to enter, edit, and/or format data and/or reports.
Leading consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs
Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage executives for next steps
Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook
Requirements
A minimum of 2-4 years of sales experience.
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience
Experience in the Shopify platform and eCommerce in general.
Proficient in Microsoft Tools and Google Suite
Strong communication skills via phone and email.
Be proficient with technology.
Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
Excellent oral amp; written communication skills (English language)
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and has great attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from management and supervisors, requires minimal supervision.
Proven track record in achieving customer satisfaction goals.
