Job Description
Salary: P55,000 P75,000 (Monthly Package)
Schedule:
2 months Training (5 days, 9 hours each): Mondays Fridays (8:30 AM 5:30 PM EST)
Then will transition to weekend shift (3 days, 13 hours each): Friday 9:00 PM EST Saturday 10:00 AM EST, Saturday 9:00 PM EST Sunday 10:00 AM EST, Sunday 9:00 PM EST Monday 10:00 AM EST
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Windows desktop
- VMware (i.e. ESXi, vCenter)
- Storage (i.e. SANs)
- Azure virtual machines, storage, and networking
- AWS EC2, EBS, and VPC
Nice to have:
- Experience with N-Able (NCentral, if possible)
What will you do?
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems efficiently.
- Be adept at asking relevant questions, analyzing symptoms, and using available resources to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of reported issues, troubleshooting steps, and solutions.
- Document actions and follow established procedures for tracking and resolving problems.
- Assist end users with setting up computers, joining domain, and applying updates and policies. This includes installing operating system updates, configuring network settings, and enforcing IT policies and procedures.
- Continuously learn and adapt, staying ahead of industry trends and mastering new skills.
