Position: Community Manager
Salary Range: 800 - 1500 USD
Work Hours: Monday to Friday (Anytime between 8 AM-5 PM EST)
Position Overview:
Community Managers are an integral part of the overall mission at Lumiere. Our Community Management team ensures a holistically positive experience through the Lumiere journey for our students, families, and mentors. We are seeking an experienced, organized, and customer-oriented Community Manager who will integrate well with our team and be a binding force between our applicants and their mentors.
Responsibilities:
Answer client/prospect questions in a timely manner via chat and email
Escalate client issues as needed
Create role-related SOP / process documentation when necessary
Perform ad hoc administrative and business ops tasks as needed
Requirements
2+ years experience as T2 customer support specialist
1+ years experience in Zendesk (or similar CX tool)
Strong English verbal and written communication skills
Background in communicating it clients over the phone
Basic to intermediate GSheets skills (for data entry)
Demonstrated ability following role-related process docs with little to no error
Ability to work on EST
