We are seeking aUI/UX DESIGNERto be part of the start-up team and be responsible for creating end-to-end web applications, and to help build and maintain cutting-edge AI applications.

This is a FULL-TIME role, MONDAY TO FRIDAY.
This is an office-based position in central Cebu City.
The expected start date is February 2024.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Lead the design of intuitive user interfaces for our AI imaging platform, from initial concept to final implementation, using tools like Figma, Adobe InDesign and other design tools.
- Oversee and manage our company’s website using WordPress, ensuring advanced functionality, and engaging user experience.
- Design and develop comprehensive marketing materials, software interfaces, white papers, and sales kits that effectively communicate our technology's value.
- Utilize your extensive experience to create end-to-end product designs, ensuring each aspect of the user experience is optimised.
- Conduct in-depth user research and usability testing to validate design choices and iterate based on feedback.
- Mentor junior designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the UI/UX design with the company’s strategic goals.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, focusing on complete product design and user experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Figma, Adobe InDesign, and WordPress.A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of UI/UX design skills and successful projects.
- Proven track record in designing interfaces for software products and creating marketing and technical communication materials.
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an agile development environment.
- Excellent verbal and written English and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.

- Knowledge with compliance and regulatory.
- Experience with UX researches, specifically with doctors.
- Experience with highly regulated environment.
