We are seeking a TESTING ENGINEER to be part of the start-up team and be responsible for testing and assuring the required quality to help build and maintain cutting-edge AI applications.

This is a FULL-TIME role, MONDAY TO FRIDAY, NIGHTSHIFT.
This is an office-based position in central Cebu City.
The expected start date is February 2024.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're seeking a dynamic and creativeTESTING ENGINEERto join our team. As a Senior Testing Engineer, you will be responsible for testing and assuring the required quality to help build and maintain our applications. You will work closely with our developers to define test scenarios of various components. You will work with product owners and UX designers to understand the features we are building and to improve product experience, quality, and regulatory compliance to ensure the development of quality software. Being part of a small team at an exciting start-up in a fast-paced environment, you will be able to contribute to team growth and development of the organisation and make an impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in refining user stories to ensure the acceptance criteria are clear.
- Derive test scenarios to ensure acceptance criteria can be validated.
- Execute test cases and be able to do thorough black box testing.
- Define, maintain, and carry out regression testing.
- Create automated test cases.
- Create test plans and test reports.
- When defects are found, they are clearly described with steps to reproduce.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Testing software applications.
- 2+ years of experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium or Playwright.
- Experience with Agile and secure software development methodologies.
- Experience with writing automated end-to-end tests to assert the correct functional behaviour of the system.
- Experience writing stress tests.
- Experience writing stress integration tests.
- Experience with Web API's
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written English and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
IMPRESS US MORE
- Experience with Azure DevOps.
- Experience with SpecFlow.
- Experience with integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with CI/CD using tools such as Git/Azure Repos.
- Experience with DICOM, FHIR, HL7.
- Experience developing solutions for the Digital Health environment, specifically medical software devices.
