ABOUT THE ROLE

We're seeking a highly motivated and versatile Web amp; Graphic Designer to join our team and ignite your diverse skillset across a range of exciting projects. In this dynamic role, you'll be the architect of inspiring online experiences, seamlessly bridging the gap between creative vision and technical execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Social Media:
Create and implement creative social media content across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) for brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
o Develop and manage social media calendars and campaigns.
o Analyze social media performance and adapt strategies for continuous improvement.
- Graphic Design:
o Design stunning visual assets for websites, social media, marketing materials, and other channels.
o Develop and maintain brand identity and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
o Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Website Design amp; Development:
o Design engaging and user-friendly websites with a focus on user experience (UX) and conversion optimization.
o Implement website designs using popular CMS platforms like WordPress or Drupal.
o Maintain and update existing websites.
o Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- General:
o Collaborate effectively with internal teams (marketing, IT, etc.) to achieve project goals.
o Stay up to date with the latest web design trends and technologies.
o Excellent communication and time management skills.
o Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in web design and social media marketing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for digital marketing and the latest web design trends.
