Position: Growth Product Manager
Salary Range: USD 1000-1600 /month
Working Schedule : Eastern but flexible (overlap for a couple of hours until around 10am Eastern morning)

Marketing and Growth Strategy:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive app growth.
- Own key performance indicators (KPIs) including new install growth, monthly recurring revenue (MRR), and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
Lead Generation:
- Set up and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Shopify Partners, Meta (Facebook/Insta), Google Ads, and TikTok.
- Identify relevant keywords and utilize AI tools for content creation.
- Design and produce creative content for marketing purposes.
- Assist with the owner's LinkedIn for lead gen and networking.
Conversion Optimization:
- Manage and optimize marketing funnels, tracking performance with tools such as Google Analytics.
- Own the customer support ticket/response process. Strategies to drive new positive reviews on Shopify.
- Develop and implement email marketing strategies (customer.io, etc).
Reporting and Feedback:
- Regularly provide insightful feedback and reports to the team on marketing performance.
- Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for future product launches or major releases.
Asynchronous Communication:
- Utilize tools like Asana for project management, Loom and Discord for asynchronous team communication and updates.
Requirements
Specific Job Requirements:Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Shopify’s advertising platform, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
- Experience in using AI tools for content generation, keyword optimization, and process automation. ie. ChatGPT, Make.com/Zapier, others.
- Strong background in creating ad creatives and copywriting. Comfortable with Canva, Figma, Adobe, or other design tools.
Industry Experience:
- Proven track record in e-commerce and B2B SaaS environments, preferably with a Shopify Partners app/plugin.
Data Analysis:
- Ability to analyze marketing data and use insights to drive decisions and strategies.
- Skilled in creating detailed reports and data visualization using tools like Google BigQuery, Looker, Tableau, etc.
Customer Support:
- Experience in handling customer queries and support tickets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data, STEM, Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Continuous learner, adaptable to emerging trends in digital marketing.
