Position: Marketing and Community Manager
Working Hours: M-F 8 AM to 5 PM US EST
Salary Range: 900-1,500
Working Hours amp; Time Zone: M-F, flexible 8 working hours and be available at 9am to 10pm for meeting with the client in EST timezone

Duties and Responsibilities:
There will be a variety of marketing tasks and strategies to implement. Some examples below:
- Building landing pages for Email Magnet
- Setting up Webinars and creating/distributing marketing content for the webinar
- Publishing blog posts
- Scheduling Linkedin content
- Preparing a weekly DPP Newsletter with an AI workflow
- Managing Cold Email campaigns
- LinkedIn Paid Ads
- Email automation
Additional tasks:
- Creating and implementing effective marketing plans to achieve business goals.
- Generating engaging content for various platforms to attract and retain the target audience.
- Managing social media accounts to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Building and nurturing relationships with the target community to foster brand loyalty.
- Analyzing marketing metrics and community feedback to refine strategies for better results.
- Providing regular reports on key performance indicators and the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Planning and executing email campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer communication.
- Conducting market research to identify opportunities and challenges in the industry.
- Planning and optimizing digital advertising campaigns for maximum impact.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Above Average to Excellent communication skills; minor accent is acceptable
- Tools: Active Campaign, Formaloo (big plus), Notion (big plus), Slack, Buffer, Hubspot or other CRM tools
- The preferred candidate has experience Building emails, landing pages, social media ad management
- Seeking a candidate who doesn't need to be micromanaged; is a self starter; must own their part; is proactive; attention to detail
