LOOKING FOR FILIPINOS AND PHILIPPINE-BASED CANDIDATES

Position: Virtual Assistant

Work Hours: Tues and Thurs only, 9AM 5PM PST|1AM 9AM Phil. time|Mon, Wed, Fri - flexible time

Pay Range: $800 - $1000 monthly

• Archiving projects on our CRM using specified tasks on the checklist.
• Managing platforms such as Daylite, Box.com, Vimeo, WordPress, and Notion for seamless project coordination.
• Recording and documenting past music licenses on Notion.
• Uploading and showcasing work on our WordPress page.
• Adding relevant project information to entries in our CRM.
• Executing additional tasks as required to support the team.

Requirements

• Experience in the music industry, with a solid understanding of its dynamics and processes.
• Genuine interest in the music industry, showcasing passion and dedication.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems, specifically Daylite.
• Familiarity with online platforms such as Box.com, Vimeo, WordPress, and Notion.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a virtual environment.
