Position : Sales Development Representative/Account Manager

Working Hours : 9AM - 5PM CST/ 11PM to 7AM PHT

Salary range : $1300 - $1,500USD w/ commission

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Doing outreach via email and phone to a list of qualified customers prospects that we already have internally
• Doing a lot of email exchanges with potential customers and possible phone calls as well as well product demo webinars
• Manage customer relationships, setting up calls, meetings, and supporting the engineering team with product implementation
• After the sales is made you would also be doing follow up with the customers to make sure they are happy and providing them with extra support if needed
• Doing sales presentations over Zoom with webcam on
• Growing of your pipeline
• Managing CRM (Willing to train)

Requirements

• Must have at least 5 years of experience in the role
• Strong preference in cyber security sales
• Exp in education/k-12 huge plus
• Has to capacity to generate their own pipeline
• Must have experience doing cold calls and speaking to prospects and customer over the phone
