Position: Supply Chain Manager

Salary Range: USD 1000-2000 /month

Working Schedule : Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST | 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM Manila Time

We are a rapidly growing kids toy company in the e-commerce space. We were founded 6 years ago with a mission to create unique interactive toys that get kids moving. We're a friendly team of 6 that works hard and moves quickly!

ABOUT THE ROLE

We currently have 2 full time employees in the Philippines, and we are looking to expand that team.

Seeking a supply chain manager that is extremely well organized and excited to learn about all things Amazon FBA / Ecommerce. Applicants should be a resourceful self-starter that’s excited to take ownership of the supply chain. They will have experience with Amazon FBA, inventory management, and forecasting.

We’re looking for someone who is resourceful and can get things done with little supervision.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for placing orders with manufacturers and ensuring that there is adequate stock across all sales channels.
  • Coordinate import containers with manufacturers, Freight Forwarders and 3PL.
  • Analytically review, track and report on all supply chain logistics processes, including purchasing, receiving, warehousing, inventory.
  • Responsible for monitoring inventory levels, forecasting, and replenishment shipments into Amazon US, UK, CAD, Walmart, and our 3PL to keep products in stock.
  • Troubleshooting issues within Amazon/Walmart including, lost inventory, product detail page updates, variation creations, ect.
  • Responsible for updating the weekly/monthly forecasts.
  • Work internally with creative/marketing teams to coordinate new product launches.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of operations experience working on demand planning, forecasting, and supply chain management.
  • 2+ years of experience directly managing an Amazon 3P working with Seller Central.
  • Extensive skill with Google Sheets or Excel - **THERE WILL BE A TEST**.
  • You will be working directly with the USA based team, so USA - EST Hours 9-6PM are required.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Remote Work - Quiet home office or equivalent with fast wifi is a must.

Bonus Skills:

  • Proficiency in Mandarin
  • Experience using Helium10 or Jungle Scout
  • Familiar with GETIDA or other reimbursement software
  • Background in data analytics and statistics
