ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an Accounts/Financial Assistant to provide back-office financial and accounting services for a top-tier accountancy firm. You will be working in a dynamic team in Cebu to support the head office in Ireland. A comprehensive training will be provided in the first month.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Weekly reconciliations.
- Daily delivery dockets reconciliations.
- Processing of invoices and creditors reconciliations.
- Journal postings.
- Review of existing finance system/accounts package to improve efficiencies.
Requirements
- A diploma in Accountancy or higher, experience is also considered.
- At least two (2) years of experience in an accounting role.
- Proficient in English verbal and written.
- Experience in XERO or other similar accounting software is preferable.
- Intermediate or Advanced level in MS Excel.
- Self-motivated and Independent Worker.
- High Attention to detail.
- Prioritize accuracy over speed.
