Job Description

Shift:8.30pm - 5am.
The Role:
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is maintained across all areas.
- Dealing with partner payroll queries
- Providing excellent and efficient service to all clients in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining all partner inboxes.
- Assist in onboarding of new clients/entities
- Escalation of any issues to payroll manager in timely manner.
- Adherence to SLA with partners.
- Maintain a focus on continuous improvement in the team.
- To Undertake any other duties as reasonably required for the role.

- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Good multitasking, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to details
- A degree of flexibility will be required in relation to shift working depending on business needs.
- Build amp; Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the business and external partners.
- Going above and beyond to meet customers and partner’s needs.
