Position: Customer Service Representative
Working Hours : Mon - Fri, 9 am - 5 pm EST (remote)
Salary : Up to 1,500/month (depending on the client’s final offer)
About the Role:
The company is looking for a Customer Service Representative who can help email customer support tickets. They’re a SaaS business that sells e-commerce software to farmers in North America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer questions from our farms using email and live chat on our website.
- Prioritize the urgency of support tickets and respond accordingly.
- Report technical support issues to the Technical Support Team.
- Convey product feedback from farms to the Product Team.
- Maintain detailed customer records in our CRM.
- Assess and recommend product and process improvements for greater efficiency.
- Assist in data entry tasks to set up new farm accounts.
- Work with the Onboarding team to provision new accounts for farms.
Requirements
- Has at least 2 years of experience working as a Customer Service Representative in a similar customer support role.
- Good - Excellent communication skills and excellent verbal and written English.
- Has an Interest in Agriculture, Technology, and supporting local farms.
- Excellent time management and social skills, essential to managing a variety of support matters and providing amazing customer service.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Has a keen eye and attention to detail.
- Must have a Positive attitude.
- SQL proficiency
- Experience in a startup environment
