Job Description
Salary: P60,000 to P70,000 (Monthly Package)
Schedule: Monday Friday (08:00 AM - 05:00 PM Brisbane)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Accounts Payable
- Intermediate excel skills
- Confidence in speaking with (email and phone) a wide range of people within the business.
- Experience in SAP and VIM
- Understanding of multi-level invoice approval and compliance with standards
- Finance or Accounting background
Nice to Have:
- Experience in a larger, complex business environment.
What will you do?
- Ensure all invoices are approved by the appropriate authority prior to processing
- Process all invoices within specified timelines
- Respond to, and resolve, all internal and external enquiries promptly and professionally
- Actively participate in team projects and look for continuous improvement opportunities.
- Provide coverage for team members tasks, in which you are trained, if and when required
