Position : Inside Sales Representative
Working Hours : Monday-Friday, 8:30 am -7:00 pm MST
Holidays : PH Holidays
Salary : $1600-2,200/month (depending on the client’s final offer)
About the Role:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you would be responsible for converting raw / pre-qualified leads and generating new business with existing customers by using upselling tactics that ensure a great customer experience.
Role Responsibilities:
- Reach out to prospective clients immediately over the phone and qualify whether the lead is fit for the agency.
- Be familiar with all services offered by the Agency and the local geography that services can be provided. Comfortable answering any questions about our agency, services, and quote costs for clients.
- Become an industry expert on non-medical home care and be able to educate prospective clients on options and services available.
- Schedule prospects for in-home care assessments.
- Reach out to prospects a total of fifteen times until the lead can be closed.
- Communicate with prospects via voice, text, and email.
- Document all activity in the ClearCare system
- Assists with initial data acceptance on the Intake/Referral sheet, recording information accurately and completely.
- Responsible for all sales administration duties including, but not limited to, ClearCare
- Develop client relationships as the first point of contact via mail, chat, and phone
Requirements
- Perfect communication skills (Native accent)
- Has at least 5+ years, very experienced Inside Sales Professional, that has a passion for sales, and is personable
- Has a background in the US healthcare industry (Preferred).
- Has Excellent proficiency in office data systems such as Microsoft Office, and Windows-based operating systems
- Detail-oriented; focuses on operational progress, program effectiveness, and results.
- Strong organizational skills and an understanding of information storage and retrieval.
