LOOKING FOR FILIPINOS AND PHILIPPINE-BASED CANDIDATES
Position: VA/Data Entry Specialist
Work Hours: Flexible; Central time
Pay Range: $900 - $1500 monthly
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Entering data into an Excel spreadsheet and/or proprietary CRM system from websites/scanned documents/looking up information on Google (addresses) to enter into the spreadsheet.
- Using Excel formulas to ensure data accuracy (for example =len() to make sure that socials are 9 digits instead of 8 digits.
- Consolidating data from various spreadsheets in different formats into a single Excel template.
- Data Validation: Implementing data validation rules to ensure the accuracy and integrity of collected information
- Adobe: Identifying form fields and their types, such as text fields, checkboxes, radio buttons, and drop-down menus and renaming them in Adobe.
Requirements
- Has excellent communication skills
- With 2 -3 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in utilizing Excel, Google/search, One Drive, reading PDFs, and navigating Google remote access.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
