Position : Customer Service Representative
Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM Amsterdam time (3PM to 12AM Manila time)
Salary Range : $ 800.00 - $1,500.00

Responsibilities:
- Support customer inquiries via chats and emails while efficiently navigating internal systems to provide accurate solutions.
- Identifying opportunities to turn customer challenges into positive experiences.
- Advocating for customer needs and influencing internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- Good to excellent written and verbal communication skills; minor accent is acceptable.
- Proficient in Email, Whatsapp, Facebook messaging (all done through one system), and Google Workspace.
- Enthusiastic to efficiently and amiably assist to drive customer growth and satisfaction.
