Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Schedule: 9AM - 5PM, Pacific Time (must be amenable to work on weekends)
Salary Range: $800 - $1000 / per month
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contacting potential customers within 10 minutes or less after the lead form has been filled out using preferred CRM.
- Determining the customer's qualification based on our predefined requirements concerning the scope and budget of the construction projects.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Develop and maintain good customer relations.
- Assist with other customer service related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Amenable to work on weekends.
- 1-2 years of Customer Service Representative experience.
- Proficient in using CRMs.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge in the construction industry is a plus.
