Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Schedule: 9AM - 5PM, Pacific Time (must be amenable to work on weekends)

Salary Range: $800 - $1000 / per month

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Contacting potential customers within 10 minutes or less after the lead form has been filled out using preferred CRM.
  • Determining the customer's qualification based on our predefined requirements concerning the scope and budget of the construction projects.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Develop and maintain good customer relations.
  • Assist with other customer service related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Amenable to work on weekends.
  • 1-2 years of Customer Service Representative experience.
  • Proficient in using CRMs.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Knowledge in the construction industry is a plus.
