Position Purpose:

To expand and develop the business of other channels.

What we want you to do...

  • Plan and achieve the channel expansion plan and per-door growth.
  • Setting up contracts and contractual terms for negotiations with new accounts or renewal of existing accounts.
  • Prepare a clear routing plan for a qualitative visit to 3 clients per day + 10 target high potential per month with clear objectives and targets for each visit from inventory management to sell out performance and business-building ideas for clients.
  • Plan and present the animations according to the marketing calendar, a month in advance clear objectives and automatic sell-in of all the launches and Main Primary Animation.
  • Liaise and coordinate with Marketing all needed collaterals and events about the brand’s equity.
  • Contract negotiations with clear expectations on the targets to achieve monthly for each account with budgeting control.
  • Setting up a strong team camaraderie and team identity with all account personnel to form a strong sense of brand belonging and value proximity.
  • Synergize with the training team to ensure all training objectives are clear and precise with a proper assessment system in accordance with APAC guidelines.

Key Results/ Measures:

  • Aim to grow the existing accounts by +15% year on year by improving the average turnover per door.
  • Grow the core categories of the business by 20%.
  • Grow the turnover per door for each account
  • Ensure 100% penetration to all identified channels for all NEW Launches + Main Primary animation and target 80% achievement for all secondary / re-promote animations.

Requirements

Who we’re looking for

  • Have a Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow the successful performance of job expectations.
  • Preferably with at least two (2) years of experience in the beauty industry
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office eg excel, PPT amp; word.
  • Have good interpersonal skills with different levels of people.
  • Proficient in English language, Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Team Player with good communication skills.
  • Self-motivated high achiever.
