Job Description

We are seeking a process-driven team member who will be setting the foundation of PRISM+ Philippines Operations (including Logistics) infrastructure. Being a high-growth electronics company, we are looking for a candidate who will be a strong self-starter and an inspiring leader to build a dynamic team to scale with our high growth. This experienced and entrepreneurial individual will help us drive up operations and logistics service excellence by going far and beyond, delivering the best possible value and service to our customers.

The candidate will be considered a key member of the PRISM+ Philippines team and will report directly to the Country Director of the Philippines.

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate Operation, Inventory amp; Logistic Services process, suitable management reporting metrics, and performance management (KPIs). KPI owner and responsible for executing agreed KPIs
  • Manage day to day operation of 3PL management, Inventory accuracy and scaling PRISM+ Express own delivery fleet.
  • Ensure 3PL warehouse execution of all Lazada/Shopee/Website sales as per SLA
  • Constantly optimize 3PL warehouse rates as our volume grows
  • PRISM+ Express transportation budget owner, responsible for growing the fleet
  • Source for new 3PL warehouse to expand into different Malaysia states for fast fulfillment
  • Work closely with the team to get accurate shipment estimated arrival and ensure 3PL warehouses have ample space
  • Provide operational support and help to execute the organization’s strategic plan
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives while being compliance with regulations e.g. securing importation licenses and adhering to safety electrical standards like BPS/NTC
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external organizations to bring about optimal service for the benefit of customers/stakeholders
  • Train team to rectify service lapses and develop alternative plans.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively to drive positive outcomes with key stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or any relevant course of studies
  • At least 7 years experience in an Operations role, being a leader for a minimum of 3 years.
  • You should have successfully scaled and led a functioning Operations amp; Logistic team for a dynamic start-up
  • A Hustler with a positive attitude to change and meaningful growth
  • Strong understanding of business needs with a customer-first mindset
  • Solid overview of specifics and capabilities in Operation and logistics
