Your Role

As a Coaching Program Assistant, you'll be the backbone of our coaching programs, blending the precision of administrative support with the warmth of customer service. Your work will be crucial in orchestrating coaching sessions, workshops, and events, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. You'll be the go-to person for scheduling, managing communications, and delivering that 'White Glove' experience to our students and coaches.

What You’ll Do:

  • Organize and coordinate coaching sessions and events.
  • Manage schedules and communication channels for effective program delivery.
  • Administer and manage platform operations, ensuring top-tier user experiences.
  • Handle various aspects of program delivery, from onboarding to session follow-ups.
  • Engage with our community, acting as a first point of contact and fostering a sense of belonging.
  • Collaborate on marketing efforts to promote our programs.
  • Manage participant data, feedback, and report generation.
  • Work closely with our team and external partners to enhance program quality.

Requirements

Skills You Bring:

  • Experience in administrative support and/or customer support, ideally within an educational or coaching setting.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, essential for the administrative component of the role.
  • Excellent communication skills, crucial for effectively interacting with and supporting students and coaches.
  • Proficiency in technology platforms, necessary for managing the Profi platform and troubleshooting technical issues.
