LOOKING FOR FILIPINOS OR PHILIPPINES-BASED CANDIDATES
Job Title:Data Entry Specialist
Schedule:Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM- 5:30 PM EST (9:30 PM to 6:30 AM PH Time)
Salary:800 USD
Responsibilities:
• Compare the received data with the items originally sent to the factory.
• Identify discrepancies in information, such as variations in quantities or incorrect item codes.
• Flag any discrepancies or inaccuracies for further investigation and resolution.
• Ensuring the accuracy of data and manually input the information into our software system (Oasis).
• Double-check all entered data for errors before final submission to maintain data integrity.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure clear understanding of items requested and received.
Requirements
- At least 2 full years of experience as a Data Entry Specialist
- Proficient in using Oasis
- Extremely detailed, focused, and efficient. They have to be able to work quickly without making mistakes.
- Accuracy is the most critical part of this job.
