About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our growth hacking team to help our clients surpass their goals and reach new heights. You will be working with a diverse set of B2B/B2C clients (we don't want you to be bored and lose your creative spark!) while learning and engaging with new strategies to help their businesses. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience and a strong track record of implementing successful marketing strategies. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve our marketing goals
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition across various channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and SEO.
- Utilize SEO techniques to enhance online visibility and ensure content is search engine-friendly.
- Generate engaging and relevant content for digital campaigns, encompassing social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms.
- Collaborate to set clear deliverables, timelines, and milestones for marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Utilize marketing management tools, including but not limited to Google Analytics and Social Media analytics, to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize marketing campaigns.
- Leverage your B2B and B2C marketing experience to develop strategies that resonate with target clients and ICPs.
- Provide regular reports and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven adjustments.
Requirements
- Preferably with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
- Must have at least 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, online sales, and brand management, preferably in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies.
- Detailed understanding of D2C campaigns and social media platforms.
- Proficient in A/B testing and landing page optimization.
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
- Knowledgeable in web analytics tools and SEO/SEM strategies.
- Required Tools: Social Media Business Platforms, Google Ad Words, Meta Business, Google Workspace, and Tiktok Business Suite
- Good to Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Minor accent is acceptable.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking and decision making abilities.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in B2B and B2C marketing is highly desirable.
