We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Researcher looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organization and join our team.
This is a full-time, permanent position, Monday to Friday, Dayshift.
Office-based position in central Cebu City.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Data Researcher, you will manage data research initiatives for our Australian client, specialising in digital solutions. You will ensure the effective collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to drive informed business decisions and support strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data research, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for leveraging data to achieve business success while maintaining strict security and confidentiality measures.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement data research strategies, methodologies, and best practices to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs, define research goals, and develop data collection plans.
- Oversee data collection, organisation, and analysis from various sources, ensuring data integrity and reliability.
- Apply statistical techniques and data mining methods to extract actionable insights from large datasets.
- Interpret research findings and present them in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders, including senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data research and analysis.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external data providers and research partners.
- Implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in data research, analysis, and management.
- Knowledge of HubSpot and other similar CRM systems is mandatory.
- Familiarity with best practices in data management, quality assurance, governance, and privacy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate and reliable results.
