Position : Virtual Assistant
Working Hours : Mon - Fri, Flexible working hours, 4 hours overlap 9 am - 5 pm PST
Salary : $800-1,200/month (depending on the client’s final offer)
About the Role:
The company is looking for a Virtual Assistant who can help with Bookkeeping, email management, administrative work, scheduling, projects, and organizing. We currently have a full-time bookkeeper so we already have a system and workflow setup in place, but they will be moving on and we need someone to fill their place.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain schedules, calendars, and appointments for team members
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents
- Conduct research and gather information as needed
- Assist with project management tasks, such as tracking deadlines and organizing files
- Respond to emails, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing expense reports and invoices
Requirements
- Has at least 2 years of experience working as a Virtual Assistant that handles bookkeeping tasks.
- Must have the required experience in using software such as Microsoft Office Excel, Google Workspace, and Quickbooks,
- Has an experience with Monday.com or a similar relevant tool.
- Good to Excellent Communication skills in both Verbal and Written.
