Freelancer.com is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Personnel to join our team. As a leading freelancing and crowdsourcing marketplace, we are committed to providing a safe and well-maintained work environment for our employees.

The Maintenance Personnel will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This includes conducting routine inspections, troubleshooting equipment issues, and performing repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to identify maintenance needs
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
• Coordinate with contractors and external service providers as necessary
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner

Requirements

• Must have 3 years experience of proper housekeeping of janitorial work.

• Experience in BPO Housekeeping is a must,
• Amenable to shifting schedules and weekend end work.
• 3 years BPO housekeeping experience
• Experience in inventory management
• Experience in administrative tasks (gatepass process, coordination etc)
