Job Description

Hi! We’re Smartsourcing, looking for a Systems Administrator who can work with us full-time and on-site!Earn up to P35,000!Where? Crown 7 Business Centre, Pope John Paul II Ave, Cebu City, CebuAs a System Administrator,

you will ensure the smooth operation of our client's technology systems and tools. You

are responsible for providing technical support and guidance to the teams and users of

the systems.

Some of the things we expect you to do are to:
  • Systems support, maintenance, and continuous improvement
  • Manage the onboarding, employee changes and offboarding of our team members by setting up tools and security checks.
  • Identification, resolution, tracking and reporting on system performance and usage issues, requests, and questions.
  • Set up and ongoing maintenance of system integrations and automation.
  • Where required, escalate performance issues to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Documentation of processes and systems and to ensure information remains available and up to date.
  • Testing and provision of feedback to stakeholders on new platforms, technology, systems, and suppliers.
  • Analyses work requests, establishes priority, and prepares functional specifications.
  • Manage task schedules and status reporting.
  • Monitors coordinates, and performs systems testing to verify system function, including developing test cases and test plans to reduce the risk of errors.
  • Demonstrate effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Monitors/develop test plans for conversion, interfaces, and information functions with input from the project teams.

Requirements

We would need you to be or have the following:
  • Technology helpdesk experience
  • Customer Service experience
  • Previous experience as a system administrator
  • Experience using Excel filters, sorting, conditional formatting.
  • Adept at Bullhorn and Bullhorn automation
  • Adept at Office 365
  • Adept at Spinify
  • Experienced with Hubspot
  • Adept at Idibu
  • Experienced with Onboarded
  • Experienced with Allsorter
  • Experienced with SEEK
  • Experienced with LinkedIn
  • Experienced with Referoo
