NetSuite Consultant - HR

KWS are looking for a NetSuite certified functional consultant. This individual should be comfortable engaging with stakeholders (junior to mid senior) at both legacy studios and new acquisitions. The role has a strong process and data migration orientation.

• Absorbing new acquisitions on finance applications

- GAP analysis for absorbing new acquisitions (HR onboarding)

- NetSuite application configuration with a focus on enhancing and supporting existing custom record functionality bespoke HR offering within NetSuite not SuitePeople

- Full data migration (starters\leavers etc.) and system testing

- Training new users

- Data governance\Saved Searches\Reports

• User support (c 175 user base) and defect remediation (split shift between Asia amp; Europe)
• Design of workflows and process enhancement
• Migration background preferred, as KWS move to next phase of their HRIS evolution.

Requirements

• NetSuite certified consultant (Foundation\Administrator) might suit ex consultant seeking to go in-house
• Strong data migration experience required
• Background or exposure to HR\Payroll advantageous
• Experience working with multiple and remote teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to work within team deadlines.
• Strong communication and team skills.
