Position : Inside Sales Representative
Work Hours (Client) : Sunday-Thursday or Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM US Pacific Time Zone
Work Hours (MNL) : Sunday-Thursday or Monday-Friday, 1AM-9AM MNL Time
Pay Range: $1,000-1,500/month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD

Duties and Responsibilities:
Inside Sales Representatives support our customers in partnership with our account managers 4 account managers. This person will support the activities associated with active accounts including but not limited to the following tasks:
- Assist in developing and responding to new sales opportunities at the direction of account managers
- Provide timely responses to answers in accordance with our outstanding contracts and committments
- Communicating with customers to understand their timelines and requirements and updating CRM
- Preparing client quotations and obtaining vendor quotations
- Answering customers’ questions, resolving their concerns and providing additional information via calls and emails
- Maintaining and improving CRM information
- Conducting investigation of closed opportunities
- Managing our sales inbox
- Provide sales reporting for our pipeline call
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Experience working with telephones and handling multiple calls and emails daily
- Patience, time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent numeracy skills for accurate and speedy calculation of sales prices, discounts and percentages
