Overview of the Position
As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic team. You are expected to create visually compelling content that aligns with our brand and engages our target audience.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaboration with Marketing Lead: Work directly with the marketing lead to understand and contribute to the overall visual strategy.
- Blog Post Graphics: Create eye-catching and informative graphics to enhance our blog posts, ensuring they are visually appealing and shareable.
- Social Media Graphics: Develop engaging graphics tailored for various social media platforms, with a primary focus on LinkedIn.
- Ad Creative Assistance: Assist in the creation of visually striking ad creatives for lead magnets, particularly for Facebook and LinkedIn ads.
- Video Editing: Support basic video editing tasks for YouTube and LinkedIn posts, including adding subtitles, intro/outro, and incorporating text and illustrations into videos.
Requirements
- Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Tools/Package: Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Canva Experience: Proficient in using Canva to create visually appealing graphics quickly and effectively.
- Tech Tools (Preferred): Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com or ClickUp would be a plus, though not mandatory.
- Portfolio: A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing your previous work is required.
