Position : Data Entry Specialist
Work Hours (Client) : 9am - 5pm PST | M-F
Pay Range : $800-$1000/month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD

Duties and Responsibilities:
- We're looking for a full-time Data Entry Specialist. Someone who we can train to process invoices for us.
- We will need the talent to log into our system and use our setup for invoice processing.
- Manual data entry, reading the fields in the attached screenshot off of the invoice and entering them into our system with a focus on data integrity.
- We expect anywhere between 50 and 200 invoices on a given day. Invoices must be entered within 24 business hours of submissio
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- 1 year experience related to Data Entry and Analysis
- 1-2 years of experience handling invoices is preferred but is not a requirement
- Familiarity with both Excel and Adobe are also good to have but not required
- Any background in real estate, construction, or familiarity dealing with invoice processing would be great but is not required
- Above Average Communication Skills. Ability to read the invoice data including vendor names, basic project scopes of work, and date and financial data
