About the Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Ads Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital advertising campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement effective strategies and tactics across various digital channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising strategies primarily centered around Google Ads, including campaign planning, budget allocation, and performance optimization.
- Manage and monitor Google Ads campaigns to ensure they meet performance goals, including ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with the target audience.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize ad copy and landing pages for SEO to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic.
- Analyze data and generate actionable insights from advertising campaigns, making data-driven decisions to improve ROI and KPIs.
- Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to maximize the performance of digital ad campaigns.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively and ensure efficient allocation of resources across various platforms.
- Build and maintain relationships with advertising platform representatives and explore opportunities for new ad formats or features.
- Keep a close eye on the competitive landscape and adjust advertising strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, relevant content that can be used in ad campaigns and for general marketing purposes.
- Monitor and report on the performance of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn advertising campaigns if applicable, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes related to digital advertising, ensuring compliance with all relevant rules and guidelines.
Requirements
- 3+ years of working experience as a Digital Ads manager or a similar role.
- Working experience in Google Ads and Meta is a must.
- Working experience on LinkedIn is preferred.
- General Experience in SEO Tools is a must
- Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) Experience is nice to have
