Job Description

Position :15553991721 - B2B Sales Admin

Work Hours :USD 9AM to 5PM M-F

Salary Range :$900-$1500 ( Depending on the interview result and client’s

approval)

About the Company:

RIPL is a promotional products supplier on a mission to fund social and environmental projects through business. Our model is simple - we source premium branded merchandise like water bottles, notebooks and totes, then sell items to major corporations and use the profits to support ocean plastic removal and rainforest conservation. Your work will have a tangible impact on the natural world.



Primary responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales efforts via cold calls, emails, social media and other channels to connect with potential new clients
  • Nurture relationships with prospective and current partners to understand their needs and promote RIPL's product offerings
  • Present and negotiate proposals to convert leads into long-term corporate customers
  • Service established accounts by maintaining frequent communication, processing orders and renewals, and identifying upsell opportunities
  • Track all prospect interactions and pipeline metrics using CRM and sales tools
  • Research target companies, decision makers and industry trends to identify promising leads

Secondary responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative tasks such as invoicing customers, paying supplier invoices, and updating the Notion board with new sales enquiries
  • Place product orders with suppliers
  • Conduct market research on potential new products and suppliers
  • Use Adobe InDesign (or similar) to edit sales presentations
  • Book sales meetings and research/book travel as needed

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in promotional products, technology, physical products or a related industry
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Experience with the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
  • Proficiency with tools like Slack, Notion, CRM software, ChatGPT, Gmail, and Google Drive
  • Proactive, with strong time management and organization skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field preferred
  • Fluency in English at a conversational level, confidence having wide ranging professional phone conversations
  • Own laptop, workspace and high speed internet connection
  • Ability to work on LA time
