LOOKING FOR FILIPINOS AND PHILIPPINE-BASED CANDIDATES!
Position: QA Tester
Salary Range: 1200-2500 US per month
Working Hours amp; Time Zone: CST; 8 am to 5 pm (they are willing to give flexibility for the right person), M-F
Holidays: TBD
Duties and Responsibilities
-Provide product and technical support for custom-developed software
-Review and respond to client support emails
-Document, reproduce, and troubleshoot software issues reported by end users
-Track support work and development team progress
-QA test software releases and report issues to the lead developer
-Create and maintain software usage instructions for end users
-Assist with administration and data entry for custom-developed software
-Perform entry-level programming and related tasks as directed by the lead developer
-Document requirements, specifications, bugs, and issues
-Manage Trello boards for tracking client software projects
-Test custom-developed software and create documentation for end users
-Assist with administration and data entry for custom-developed projects
Requirements
Qualifications:
-administrative amp; and project management skills are very important
-Ideal candidate is technically savvy and familiar with SQL, HTML, and Javascript
-ticketing system experience is a plus
-has 1 to 2 years of experience in the same field is preferred-experience with several of the following is a plus; Trello, Greenshot, LibreOffice, Microsoft Office/365, GSuite, Browser DevToools, BitBucket, GitHub, Toggl, IntelliJ, VSCode, WinSCP, cURL, Linode, AWS, Azure, Digital Ocean, Bash, PowerShell, WordPress
-experience with any of the following technologies is a major plus; Grails, Spring Framework, Spring Security, Micronaut, Groovy, Java, SQL, PHP, Vue.js, Bootstrap, HTML, Javascript
