As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and our clients' businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution, with a focus on driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to attract new patients, focusing on digital and social media channels.
- Manage all aspects of our website, including content creation, SEO optimization, user experience enhancements, and analytics monitoring.
- Oversee social media platforms, creating engaging content such as posts, videos, and interactive Qamp;A sessions, and responding promptly to direct messages.
- Regularly update and optimize SEO-friendly blog content that addresses common orthodontic issues and patient case studies.
- Encourage and manage online reviews, respond promptly and professionally to all reviews (both positive and negative), and showcase these reviews on our website.
- Implement and manage live chat and AI chatbot functions on our website for immediate interaction with visitors.
- Engage in relevant online communities, forums, and groups, providing authoritative advice and sharing useful resources.
- Regularly update our professional profiles, including LinkedIn and Google My Business, with the latest qualifications, accomplishments, patient success stories, and operation hours.
- Implement and manage an online booking system that integrates seamlessly with our website, and provide immediate appointment confirmation.
- Implement and optimize the use of AI tools like chatbots, recommendation systems, and AI-driven reminders to enhance user experience.
- Regularly review and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role
- Familiarity with healthcare or dental industry is preferred
- Strong understanding of SEO, social media platforms, online reviews, live chat functions, and AI tools
- Experience with Google My Business, LinkedIn, and online booking systems
- Proficient in using marketing software and analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
