Requirements

As a Marketing and Admin Associate,

You will be at the intersection of marketing initiatives and efficient office administration. You will work closely with our client’s marketing team to implement and monitor marketing strategies, while also providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Some of the things we expect you to do are to:

  • Assist in the development of marketing materials, including social media posts, blog articles, email campaigns, and other promotional content.
  • Manage and maintain our social media profiles, engage with followers, and track engagement and performance metrics.
  • Support digital marketing efforts, such as online advertising, SEO, and pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, market competition, and customer demographics to inform marketing strategies.
  • Maintain and organize company records, databases, and files.
  • Assist with travel arrangements for team members, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Interact with clients, vendors, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

We would need you to be or have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior marketing or administrative experience is a must.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Proficiency in Canva.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including social media management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and G Suite.

It would be awesome if you are or also have:

  • Strong interest in marketing and digital media trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking.
