Job Description

Position : Customer Success / Customer Support Manager

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, PST
Salary: $900-1,500/month (depending on the client’s final offer)

CDS offers our clients dedicated support, according to every client's need through a direct communication flow. This means that you'll always be updated with the content and status of your management system and, upon request, you and any of your grantees have access to us most anytime for minor troubleshooting, person-to-person training, or group training. Good communication saves time and makes the development process more efficient. We give you our entire attention and expertise when you need it with full access to our team for collaboration with our developers and trainers.


About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success / Customer Support Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional English skills and a proven track record in customer success or support roles in a software company. Experience working with government agents would be an advantage.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing top-tier customer service and support.
  • Building strong relationships with our customers to understand their needs and ensure their success with our software.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for any customer inquiries or issues.
  • Collaborating with the software development team to address and resolve technical issues.
  • Maintaining open lines of communication with government agents and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Has at least 5+ years in customer-facing position, 3+ years in Customer Service
  • Has experience working in Customer Success / Customer Support in a software company a must.
  • Must have working experience with Hubspot, Linear, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Asana.
  • Good to Excellent Communication verbal and written skills.
  • Has an experience working with government agents (a plus).
  • CDS software training will be provided.
