Working Hours: M-F, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST | M-F, 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM PHT

Salary Range: 800 - 1,500 USD

About the Job:

We are in search of a dynamic Onboarding Specialist to guide new users through our product over virtual meetings. The choice candidate will navigate users through a 30-minute introduction of our product, explaining features, answering intricate questions, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct 30-minute Zoom calls over the course of the day, with back-to-back sessions for most of the day.
• Explain product features effectively and answer complex inquiries from users.
• Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding process for all users.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience to the role.
• Native level English proficiency, ideally as if they grew up in the U.S. (Accents are acceptable, but should not impact user comprehension.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to understand and answer intricate questions asked by users such as founders, CEOs, and VCs.
• Warm, friendly and professional demeanor.
• Resilience, dealing with continuous back-to-back calls.
• Familiarity with Zoom and other video conferencing tools.
• Big Plus if they lived/ studied in US or any English speaking country before
