Job Title: Customer Support Representative

Working Hours: M-F, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST | M-F, 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM PHT

Salary Range: 800 - 1,500 USD

About the Job:

We are currently seeking a professional and friendly Customer Support Representative to provide quality technical support to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding and resolving customer feedback and tickets exclusively via email.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through written correspondence.
  • Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and accurate way.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products to solve customer inquiries.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience to the role
  • Strong written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to communicate in a helpful, warm, and friendly manner.
  • Ability to adopt a language style that is not too robotic or overly formal.
  • Past customer service experience, ideally in a tech support role, would be a plus.
  • Very Punctual
