As a Social Media Content Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in executing digital marketing campaigns and ensuring brand consistency across multiple online channels. Reporting to the Social Media Manager, you'll work closely with designers, writers, and stakeholders to execute our social media strategy and engage with audiences across various platforms.
In your role, you will:
- Create and manage a social media content calendar for multiple platforms
- Schedule multimedia posts using various social media tools
- Coordinate in-house content production workflows and social media campaigns
- Monitor accounts for reputation management, social engagement, and lead tracking
- Collaborate with content writers to craft compelling captions (AI tools can be used)
- Conduct research and track relevant hashtags, captions, and other content assets
- Maintain consistent brand standards and reputation across all social media channels
- Set up and execute a monthly content calendar
Requirements
- Results driven and proactive
- Excellent written and verbal English language communication skills
- Successful experience managing social platforms (e.g. YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest) and engaging audiences
- A degree in marketing communications or related field preferred
- Proficiency in the following
- Social media publishing tools (e.g. Hootsuite, MeetEdgar)
- Graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Photoshop)
- Other social media tools (e.g. Hashtagify, Tweetdeck)
