Security and Systems Administrator

The expectation is that this will be a 50/50 split-role between cyber security and infrastructure; with that split changing on an as-needed basis.

The Cyber Security amp; Systems Administrator is expected to be fully aware of the enterprise’s security goals as established by its stated policies, procedures, and guidelines and to actively work towards upholding those goals.

Security Operations

• Assess the privacy implications of vendors and systems, and provide recommendations and expertise in ensuring Fantastic meets its privacy obligations.
• Engage with the Fantastic Privacy Team, participating in activities to improve and extend the privacy program
• Update privacy related documentation as systems and vendors are onboarded/offboarded
• Engage in Privacy committee activities, and complete assigned tasks accurately and on-time

System Administration

• Assist the System Administration/Infrastructure team as an overflow resource as needed with server/network/endpoint/cloud administration tasks and participate in incident resolution as needed within the defined SLAs; acting as an escalation path as needed for L1/L2 Support.
• Engage in vulnerability and patching programs to ensure systems are updated and protected
• Assist in maintaining a secure Standard Operating Environment across all corporate devices/services/networks, ensuring that deployments of assets are consistent and documented.
• Assist in the maintenance of the backup/DR program and policies to ensure we maintain a highly resilient backup plan.
• Contribute to project works, working to fulfill the project goals with a high degree of accuracy.

Requirements

• With 4 years minimum experience in IT Security Analyst/Systems Administrator
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent degree
• Cyber Security Certification (CompTIA Sec+, Azure Cloud Security etc.) is desirable
• Experience managing and using SIEM Tools, Firewalls Rulesets, Endpoint Protection Policies, Mail Filtering Systems, DNS Proxy Filtering Systems and NAC tools
• Able to assess a system and its integrating/exposed features and research/apply technical and process-based security controls; understand zero-trust, RBAC and principle of least-privilege.
• Well-rounded experience with Windows endpoints/servers administration, Active Directory, network administration (switching, routing concepts), Azure (cloud computing and networking)/O365/Exchange Online experience. Knowledge of Cisco amp; HPE/Aruba Networking equipment and configuration.
• Experience developing policies, procedures, baselines, guidelines and technical security documentation as part of thimplementing, maintaining and reviewingecurity solutions.
• Experience with the PCI-DSS Framework, completing IT Audits and a strong understanding of modern security solutions.
• Amenable to work in a Hybrid Setup in Mega Tower, Mandaluyong (2-3 days working onsite)
