RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead product strategy, vision, and execution for key product areas.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and other cross-functional team members.
- Use analytics and data-driven insights to inform product decisions.
- Engage with customers to gather quality qualitative feedback and understand their needs.
- Drive product development from conception to launch, ensuring high-quality user experiences.
- Work autonomously while ensuring alignment with company objectives and goals.
- Use data from Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Metabase, and Tableau to make informed decisions
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in consumer products.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with Direct to Consumer software applications
- Experience working as the SOLE product manager on a team and not requiring a team of product managers to work with
- Experience working closely with engineering teams and a track record of launching products that demonstrate success.
- Strong product sense with a keen eye for user experience and design.
- Proven experience with analytics, tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
- Passion for talking to customers and extracting actionable insights from conversations.
