Position: Product Manager

Salary Range: USD 1000-1600/ Monthly

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead product strategy, vision, and execution for key product areas.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and other cross-functional team members.
• Use analytics and data-driven insights to inform product decisions.
• Engage with customers to gather quality qualitative feedback and understand their needs.
• Drive product development from conception to launch, ensuring high-quality user experiences.
• Work autonomously while ensuring alignment with company objectives and goals.
• Use data from Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Metabase, and Tableau to make informed decisions

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in consumer products.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with Direct to Consumer software applications
• Experience working as the SOLE product manager on a team and not requiring a team of product managers to work with
• Experience working closely with engineering teams and a track record of launching products that demonstrate success.
• Strong product sense with a keen eye for user experience and design.
• Proven experience with analytics, tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
• Passion for talking to customers and extracting actionable insights from conversations.
