LOOKING FOR FILIPINOS OR PHILIPPINES-BASED CANDIDATES

We need a highly-capable, detail-oriented person with strong critical thinking and analysis skills. Our financials are very complicated and require substantial work with datasets each month to calculate the correct totals for various revenue and cost line items.

Job Description:

• Close the books each month
• Categorize monthly cash receipts and calculate monthly revenue accruals
• Categorize monthly expenses, including payroll allocations to variable and fixed cost line items
• Manage cashflow, including handling AR and AP
• Run payrolls for full and part-time employees, both for US and international
• Coordinate with accountants for China and India-based subsidiaries
• Maintain consolidated financials across the main corporate entity and subsidiaries
• Maintain monthly financial projections based on current and historical performance
• Maintain compliance and good standing across the 30+ states we're registered in.
• Coordinate with tax accountants for annual taxes in the US, India, and China
• Complete analyses as required across the business (eg., margin by product line)

Requirements

• At Least 2 years of experience as an accountant
• Strong Excel and Google Sheet abilities (i.e, must know how to do sophisticated analyses using nested equations including If statements, vlookups, pivot tables, and more).
• Deep Quickbooks knowledge
• Strong understanding of accrual-based accounting
• Attention to detail a must (books and analyses must be accurate)
• Bonus: Able to use low-code tools with in-line Javascript (e.g., Retool, Google DataStudio) for creating and maintaining dashboards.
